I labor at a small mechanics shop in the middle of town… There are only more than three employees in the office area, & that is where I work, but i am the main secretary in town, & I easily love my position; My boss is kind, & the pay is absolutely competitive.
I am absolutely lucky that I was able to obtain this task because there are people a lot more qualified than I am, then frankly, I can only believe of a single aspect of the task that I personally dislike.
There is somebody in our building that is consistently changing the temperature control. The Heating & A/C units around this office are going haywire because of it. I assume it is Melinda that is causing all of this, and she wanted to get the position that I had, & now she is making us & the Heating & A/C units pay for it. She is changing the oil furnace too high during warmer afternoons outside & turning the a/c off at the worst times, but no matter how more than 2 times the people I was with and I change the temperature control back, someone walks over there & messes with it. I believe the people I was with and I need to have a camera sited near the temperature controls & Heating & A/C units for all of our sanity, and hopefully, this Heating & A/C nightmare ends soon, and another alternative is to buy a smart temperature control that only our boss or a trusted person can monitor. That would prevent anybody from changing the temperature control, and regardless of what they decide, something needs to be done before the people I was with and I ruin our Heating & A/C units for wonderful & cost the supplier countless dollars in repair or updatement.
