Don’t get me wrong, I am someone who likes to be different.
I do not do what common society does, and I am not into whatever the latest and greatest trends in music and TV are.
However, some things are needed to stay the same and not be different. Such as in the way I dress while I was in Winter. I just have to do this. However, my pop prefers keeping the heating system set to about 88 degrees, then can you believe that! That is way too over warm, but during the Winter, my family and I are hotter than my family and I are while I was in the Summer. It is sizzling enough to sweat in my home with that heating system on. It forces me to chop the norms and have no choice in the matter but to wear just shorts around the house. This is completely impractical, and when I leave the protection of the heating system as well as have to go outside, I either have to freeze to death or change my clothes, neither of which should be necessary or needed. My pop must spend a fortune on his gas bill to keep that heating system running that high like that. During the Summer, its cooler because all of us live in the North and we don’t require any heater, however the people I was with in the house and I also don’t own an air conditioner. It is amazing. I just wish my popdad would be normal plus set the temperature control so that all the people would be comfortable. I just want to be able to wear pants plus a t-shirt while I was in the Winter. That should not be a lot to ask of anyone, or anything! Should it?
