My roommate and love of my life, Bob, and I have been thinking about doing some updates around our little bungalow for a while now.
Every one of us have managed to put aside some money to make these changes, however both of us want to make sure that both of us do it in a well-thought-out manner.

The Heating as well as Air Conditioning tech made his way out to out little bungalow the next afternoon informing us about a few ideas he had that both of us could change that wouldn’t break the bank. I suppose by making a few small changes to the Heating as well as Air Conditioning system, both of us will also save some money on our electric bill as well as improve the resale value of our little bungalow in case we decide to move sometime soon.
