I am a makeup consultant in my area, so it is very important for me to have my makeup on fleek in order to show my customers exactly what I am able to do.
However, sometimes, things just don’t work together. When your air conditioner stops working as soon as you finish your makeup, you know you are in trouble. I was supposed to do a live promotional video at my house, but the temperature was roasting. It was supposed to start in a few minutes, so I didn’t have time to call an HVAC technician or cancel the video. I decided to do the video without the air conditioner, and I would call the HVAC technician as soon as the video was over. As I started the video and began talking, I began to feel the sweat running down my face. This was one of the warmest days of the summer, and I didn’t expect to have to live without an air conditioner. Because of all the sweat from the hot temperatures, the makeup began running down my face. This was terrible. I explained to the viewers that my air conditioner was broken, but I knew that I looked like a mess. I ended the video immediately, and I called the HVAC technician. I told my viewers that I would make a new video as soon as my air conditioner was working. There was no way that I could work with temperatures like that.
