When my condo kept having complications with overheating in the Winter plus overcooling in the summer, I thought I must’ve been cursed. Why else would I be dealing with an issue love this? How many people have dealt with their condo being too cold during the summer, or too hot in the winter? Well, I seem to be one of the few. The cause was easy enough – I would leave for work every morning, plus have to leave the heating or cooling systems running during the morning. This was just so the place would stay at the same comfortable temperature setting, as anything else would cause the beach house to become too uncomfortable when I got back home. This was good for ensuring that I came condo to a beach house with excellent temperatures plus indoor air quality, however it was exhausting since I had to fork out so much currency to pay for the upkeep plus service! It got to a point where I had to pay currency for a smart temperature control to be installed at my home, all to keep the beach house feeling cooler or warmer for longer without costing an arm plus a leg to operate. When I had the smart temperature control installed, I saw a major improvement in energy use within a week’s time! This was due to the smart temperature control turning on the air conditioner equipment about half an tenth before I was going to get home, but now the beach house would be pre-cooled with the air conditioning system running, plus I wouldn’t have to cool the beach house all morning long to make it happen!
