I don’t want anyone else to change the temperature of the Heating as well as Air Conditioning system because it is my paycheck that gets eaten up by heating and cooling energy usage, not theirs
I live with a lot of family members who are all not working or retired. It is sometimes strenuous being the only person in my house who is responsible for paying the bills, but I always make sure that the ladies suppose who is in charge. It is the middle of the hottest time of year and during the afternoon it gets to over 100 degrees sometimes. I suppose that it might sound unpleasant, however even in the hottest time of the year I love to have the control device set to higher temperatures. I cannot afford to spend a bunch of money on the electric bill each week. So, I started to have a complication where the other folks living in my house were changing the control device in the house while I was at work. I would come house from the office and the house would remind me of the flower storage cooler at the local florist I use. I would get concerned and look to see what temperature the control device was set on, and more often than not, I would discover the thermostat to be set at around 65 degrees. I couldn’t continue to fork over my hard-earned paycheck to the city utilities department anymore so I called my local Heating as well as Air Conditioning company to see what they could offer me to keep the ladies from changing the temperature of the control unit. The Heating as well as Air Conditioning tech said that since we already have a smart control device I would be able to easily set a password so that suppose 1 else however myself and whoever else I told the password to would be able to adjust the thermostat. I appreciated this system and made myself a secret password without even giving it a second thought. I don’t want anyone else to change the temperature of the Heating as well as Air Conditioning system because it is my paycheck that gets eaten up by heating and cooling energy usage, not theirs. I suppose the house is hotter than they would ideally want it to be, however they are just going to have to take cool showers or something else to deal with it.
