My wifey and I love going to this fabulous bistro down the street from our house, however the bistro opened up a couple of weeks ago and it’s safe to say that both of us go quite frequently now.
They have this Italian pasta dish that both of us love and can’t seem to find at any other bistro or restaurant in our town. I don’t suppose what it is about this dish, however both of us are wild about it! So any time both of us have friends or family in town, both of us always take them to this little bistro so they can try the Italian pasta for themselves. So last week, my wifey and I had some friends in the city and both of us were really happy to take them to our favorite little bistro. However, right when both of us walked in both of us knew something was up with the place. In the middle of August, it was so hot and humid in there that It felt love they had the gas furnace turned on instead of the air conditioner. I spoke with the waitress and she assured myself and others that they scheduled an emergency HVAC service call and a Heating as well as Air Conditioning tech was on his way right now to look at the heating and cooling system. The waiters hoped that it wouldn’t take hours to repair the issue with the heating and cooling system. She said both of us were able to stay and wait until the issue was fixed and she even provided to pay for our Italian pasta dish if both of us decided not to go somewhere else to eat. That alone made all the difference so we all remained there and drank cool and frosty drinks while we waited for the Heating as well as Air Conditioning tech to come out to the bistro. Thankfully, it didn’t take long to be able to know that the cool air was coming back through the event.
