Sweat equity is what they call it when you invest your time, your skills, plus your effort into something, usually a beach house or a business! You are building value with what you put into it, plus this is what I have been doing the last few months.
Working full time for no pay is undoubtedly difficult, I won’t lie, however I look at it as an investment in the future.
One afternoon, hopefully soon, all my work will pay off plus then that sweat equity will convert in real dollars-and-cents equity. I am 1 of 6 women with construction plus contracting backgrounds who opened up a custom Heating plus A/C proposal business. I have my own metal shop, where I make my own sheet metal plus custom build ductwork for custom jobs. The two of us have been getting a lot of work on spec to start with, plus all of us need to step up plus give the best Heating plus A/C systems people have ever seen. That will generate word of mouth, which will start getting us paying Heating plus A/C buyers on new builds. I have been in talks with a company about to start construction on a new recording studio, which will have undoubtedly particular Heating plus A/C needs. I assured this man our team could create any kind of climate control system, to any particularations. What’s more, all of us could make it completely hidden, so it could run silently plus maintain cooling without ever being noticed.
