It’s not like every one of us are terrible or anything either, both of our parents had a stable income
I didn’t get the luxury of experiencing air conditioner until I was an adult with our own venue, but why? Because to put it simply, our father was too cheap to get our broken a/c fixed, but he would rather save a buck & deal with the heat. Which is good & all, but it was legitimately taxing for myself and others growing up. I remember I used to leave sweat prints on our bed sheet just due to sheer heat. It was that bad, the only time I could have had the potential of feeling the cooling air of an air conditioner, was our dad’s car, but no one except for him were allowed to use that car, it was strictly for his work, then one of our old best friend’s parents were both in the cooling technology; So, when he would explain some of the things they would do, & what is was like to have a loft that you could entirely control the temperature, it all seemed legitimately foreign to me. Now as an adult, I understand our father not wanting to spend cash on it, since it was so lavish, although he was causing unnecessary suffering of the entire family because of it. It’s not like every one of us are terrible or anything either, both of our parents had a stable income. But that doesn’t matter to myself and others anymore since I have moved out & have our own AC. I do but, know terrible for our little sibling who still lives there. That air conditioner device is still broken, various years later.
