I think if every one of us are ever in a position to build another beach home I may want to consider having this type of Heating plus Air Conditioning system installed myself
I will be so thankful when they finish building the home next door, however both of us are on our home for nearly 15 years plus the vacant lot next door was recently sold to developers. It wasn’t so terrible when it started on the far side plus we’re building 2 homes at that end, however now they are working right next door. Both of us have had everything from backhoes to tile trucks coming plus going for weeks plus now they had a huge drilling rig situated behind the house. Both of us don’t have wells in our areas plus everyone is on neighborhood water so I was confused as to why they needed to drill down so far, then my curiosity got the best of myself and others one morning plus I walked over to ask what they were doing, and they said that the new homeowners were having a geothermal heat pump installed plus they needed to have that completed before any other installations of Heating plus Air Conditioning equipment. I had heard about geothermal heat pumps before plus how efficient they were however when I inquired about how much they cost I was shocked. It is a huge expense to have this system installed however obviously once you have it the money you save makes it well worth the investment. This is not a system that you would normally have installed after your beach home is complete in either because it not only disrupts the Landscaping itself however the connections that need to be made can be quite extravagant when it comes to construction. I think if every one of us are ever in a position to build another beach home I may want to consider having this type of Heating plus Air Conditioning system installed myself. It is much better for the environment according to the people doing the installation the system normally pays for itself over time with the money you save on fuel cost.
