I live in an area where the weather is properly cold and wet for more than half the year, however a whole-house gas furnace is entirely essential.
A central cooling system isn’t entirely necessary, and the summer time season usually only lasts for a couple of weeks, but however, both of us occasionally deal with temperatures in the high eighties and brutal humidity, however while I love to open the windows and love some fresh air, the apartment becomes terribly boiling and sticky feeling… Plus, there’s concerns with bugs, pollen, exhaust fumes and exterior noise, then for awhile, I attempted to manage summer time comfort with electric fans and portable air conditioners in the kitchens, but i entirely didn’t love the look of the cooling units.
I was aggravated by the need to install the units in the Springtime, detach them in the fall and sacrifice of space to store them. I entirely wanted a permanently installed cooling system for the kitchens that wouldn’t cost me a fortune. After some research, I came across ductless split systems. This type of cooling uses a single outdoor compressor affixed to various indoor air handlers. The system requires little more than tiny holes in exterior walls to accommodate a conduit for drainage. The air handlers are undoubtedly compact, lightweight and mount up high on the wall… Despite the narrowprofile, the system provides a sufficient amount of cool air to easily handle the dire weather. It operates quietly, achieves outstanding efficiency levels and can be adjusted through a cordless remote, then because each air handler includes an independent control unit, temperature in the kitchens can be customized to personal preference.
