I am not going to try to tell you that our HVAC technicians are dishonest and lazy, but I will say that the HVAC technicians that inspect the HVAC units at our church are definitely questionable.

We have never had as much trouble with the HVAC technicians and the HVAC units that we have had this year.

During the early spring, the HVAC technician from a local HVAC company came to our church to inspect our HVAC units and to see how they were working. We have used the same HVAC technician for years, and they have done a fine job at keeping our furnaces and air conditioners running. After the inspection, the HVAC technician approached me about some minor issues that he offered to resolve on our air conditioners to ensure that they keep running. I agreed, and the HVAC technician fixed our HVAC units and left. A few weeks later, two of our air conditioner units stopped working, and we called the HVAC technician. He was confused because he didn’t know what was wrong, but after arriving and inspecting our air conditioners, he told us that we have 4 different broken parts in our HVAC units. We paid him to fix the HVAC units. A few weeks later, the same air conditioners broke, and when the HVAC technician came to fix them, he discovered that another HVAC unit was broken. Don’t you think our HVAC technician would have noticed all of these broken parts during the first HVAC inspection? It seems like he didn’t do a very good job the first time that he was here.
