Well, I should say the majority of us do.
When it comes to this the locale that all of us live takes up the bulk of our budgets. Maintaining it & household repairs can be a costly thing as well. If you rent, these items are someone else’s responsibility however when you own your apartment this falls on your shoulders, then my family depends on myself and others for safety & comfort & I do my best to make sure that they are cheerful. Of late my child & wifey have been complaining about the know of the house. At first I had trouble understanding this because I am at labor so much that I thought they were exaggerating about the issues. Then I took a week’s getaway to finish up a few projects & I got why they were complaining! The apartment felt stuffy & just never seemed clean. I guess I saw my wifey cleaning each afternoon however there was something about the know of the locale that was off. It was then that I realized that I hadn’t changed out the filter in the Heating & A/C plan for over a year. Yuck! When I took it out I was mortified at the amount of dirt that was in it. I wondered how the plan was even working anymore & understood why the locale had felt so stuffy. There had to be little to no fresh air that was getting into the apartment & it was a wonder that the plan was working at all. I changed out the filter & called to have the plan took care of. I am hoping that I didn’t disfigure it because that can be a costly repair that I am not sure I can afford.
