There is something loving plus dreaming about this time of year, but as we are slipping from Summer into fall plus quickly into winter, there are numerous swings taking place in our psyche! Throughout the summer, our brain is focused on having fun in the sun plus keeping everything light-hearted, it’s a time to meet up with friends, grab ice frosty drinks on the patio, plus spend days basking in the sunshine.
As frosty weather begins to emerge in our region, our brain immediately shifts towards the indoor work I can accomplish all season long, because the outdoor air temperature is going to be low plus uncomfortable, I beginning dreaming about improving our indoor environment plus the activities I can find to entertain myself during the numerous long, cold, dark sevenths, but often, I take up a new hobby such as painting or knitting to bridge the long plus boring season.
Additionally, I beginning feeling of the instinctual desire to begin hibernating. I want to nest in our home, plus to create a charmingly hot plus comfortable environment. This is about the time that I started venturing around to local thrift stores plus collecting space heaters! Every year, I travel around the county plus try to build up our arsenal of alternative heating options. I have l gained from experience that our central heating method is incapable of keeping up our home as warm, toasty, plus cozy as I want, then when the frosty air starts blowing through, I crave intensively hot plus snuggly environments, call it nature or nurture, but every frosty season, our instinct is to beginning hunting plus gathering for additional space heaters.
