I have a side task where I go in public venues and try to sell both portable whole-house air purifiers and whole lake apartment air purification systems, and i usually am set up at a rest either in malls, outlet stores love Walmart or in grocery stores, and when I took this task, I thought it would be a pretty easy gig.
Doesn’t almost everyone want nice indoor air pollen levels in their homes? Or maybe they already have whole lake apartment air purification systems.
I don’t know, however in the last few months I have only sold 1 whole lake apartment air purification system and only 3 portable whole-house air purifiers. I am a corporation for this local heating and a/c company! And no, I do not mean a certified heating and cooling corporation. I am talking about that I am a contract sales guy certainly for their whole-house air purifiers. I am seriously about to quit this task. It’s making me very little money, since it mostly pays on commission from the sales. I get minimum wage otherwise. And for all the hard work involved, and the hours I have to be at these stands in public venues, it just isn’t worth the pennies I make on it! I may just need to find something where I can work as a sales rep in an office for a company that sells products that people certainly need! This whole air purification selling stuff just is not for me! I’m going to work a single more day at this, and if I sell nothing, I will be calling the Heating as well as Air Conditioning company and telling them I will no longer be working for them.
