Back in June, my boss made the decision to transport from one office location to another, but one of the things we do is serve as an suggest for our membership base, so it makes sense to be closer to the state capitol building.

He was able to get a pretty good price on an office in a downtown building that is known for being extravagant, plus until we moved in, I had no program why the price was so adequate, and well, the reason is the HVAC. The heating plus cooling in our little suite of offices is unreliable plus downright annoying, actually… Both my boss plus I are hot-natured, so we both love to have a cool environment, but he takes it to an extreme. Unfortunately for us, his office was sizzling all summer. No matter where he set the a/c thermostat, it would never get cool enough in his office. He would set the thermostat on 72, however it would always be 71 or 72 degrees in there. Then, to make matters worse for me, he would adjust the thermostat that controls my office plus set it down to 63 in the hopes that it would somehow “overflow” into his office. Therefore, I was always freezing, plus he was always hot. Finally, I had enough, plus I called the property supervisor, who sent out an HVAC guy. They fixed the problem without delay, however now the colder weather is upon us, plus I have discovered that the oil furnace for my office is not laboring properly, and even though I set the thermostat to the heater, the air coming out of the vents is distinctly cold. The HVAC guy is always in our office, however it is never laboring 100% properly.
