I’m a Heating and Air Conditioning professional and I absolutely love my job.
I work for a superb Heating and Air Conditioning dealer, and their reputation is first-rate. I look forward to all the new Heating and Air Conditioning professionals that we are adding to our growing team. Our business is thrilled to bring on new professionals this year. We even decided to have a little competition. Whoever is able to bring their trainees up to speed the fastest, will acquire an immense bonus. There will be 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place rewards distributed in this challenge. Everyone seems anxious to get started on this challenge. Even the new employees were enthusiastic about the challenge. The workers will be tested on their comprehension of HVAC services, and their ability to pass a test while working on a Heating and Air Conditioning unit in the warehouse. Not only would the trainers get a nice bonus, but the new workers will get something special as well! So I worked hard with my new Heating and Air Conditioning shadow and I taught him everything I knew. I was glad he was sharp and that he was picking up everything in no time. Before I knew it, I had him doing a lot of the job on his own and I was supervising. I told him if he was doing anything wrong. When it was time for the comprehension test, followed by the Heating and Air Conditioning service test, we did great. I thought we did so well, that we had won first place. It was close, but we ended up getting second place. I was thrilled with that ,and so was my trainee. He was officially promoted to Heating and Air Conditioning professional. He deserved it and really was ready to be out there on his own.
