I’m considering a product like Aeroseal to patch the holes in our HVAC duct

There was a whole host of problems with this old home when I first moved in.

I thought there would be a few areas that would need basic remodelling, like the study room and lavatorys, but nothing to this degree with this property.

Every one of us had to move a wall and service some of the support beams, because our inspector said that the way it stands, the home could collapse in several or various years from the natural movement of the ground underneath. On top of these expenses, I wasn’t anticipating the cost of replacing the entire roof. I even had to get several of the plywood boards underneath replaced because of weather rot. But the roof and foundation were just the beginning of our remodelling woes. The biggest disappointment came when I had our Heating plus Air Conditioning system checked by one of the leading and most reputable heating and cooling dealers in our city. The air conditioning and furnace were functioning normally, but the HVAC duct was so leaky that air was escaping in nearly every zone of the house. My fears instantly went to worry how I could ever afford current HVAC duct on top of all the other expenses I was taking on unexpectedly. I was thankful when they told myself and others they have a current product called Aeroseal. They use pressurized air to pump and spray the entire inside surface of your HVAC duct with this stretchy and non-toxic polymer that fills any holes or gaps separate from needing to replace any HVAC duct. I was entirely amazed by the results after the procedure was completed. It was like getting a brand current air conditioning installed with the improvements in air strength and energy efficiency.
