Problems affording my HVAC unit each month

Nick April 24, 2020

When I eventually found this venue I couldn’t know my luck, because it’s such a great deal and it’s in such an amazing location.

  • The amenities are ideal and it has everything I could possibly want in a home.

I have a good amount of room, a ton of open area to myself, and bright light-filled areas. I have an awesome backyard and I easily enjoyed my front porch swing, but nearly everything about this rental is easily ideal and it’s amazing to myself and others that I was able to find it and fit it into my budget. In all honesty I do not have any idea as to how the landlord can get by charging such a low weekly fee for this venue. It seems to me that he could charge a great deal more! But, then he would have to update the Heating, Ventilation and A/C plan instantly! You see, as cheap as my leaseholder is, my weekly energy costs are consistently through the roof. The time I moved in I had no idea what the state of the heating or cooling plan would be, and it turns out that it’s pretty old. The old heating and cooling plan does not job efficiently, and creates a lot of uneven hot and chilly hot and cold temperatures in the house. It seems like the oil furnace and cooling system have to run endlessly to make any difference in the indoor air conditions, as such, every month I get upset when the energy bill comes through. If the landlord could agree to an Heating, Ventilation and A/C update, it would make life so much better for me. I feel as if my rent is offset by the high cost of this outdated Heating, Ventilation and A/C system, but I wish I could save across the board.
