The HVAC company still hasn’t called me back, and I am honestly getting a little frustrated with the HVAC company.
I would have figured that an HVAC company would have had the decency to call me when they figured out what they could do for my central air conditioner.
Right now, I understand that HVAC companies are very busy, and I didn’t expect the HVAC company to call me immediately and to make my central air conditioner the highest priority in our city, but I at least expected to hear from them in a timely manner. Two months ago, the HVAC company called me to tell me that my central air conditioner would require at least one thousand dollars worth of repairs before I could use it during the summer. However, since the air conditioner was very old, the HVAC technician told me that it would be better if I chose to replace the central air conditioner. I called the HVAC company and asked them how much it would cost to replace the central air conditioner, and they told me that they would have to have an HVAC technician inspect the house to decide how much it would cost to replace the central air conditioner. It has been two months, and they haven’t sent out the HVAC technician to tell me how much money it would be, and I have even called the HVAC company a few times to remind them. The least that they could do is offer an explanation about why it is taking so long. Maybe I will have to find a new HVAC company.
