The focus of much of my life is how to stay healthy during what is a once a century occurrence.
Or is it simply a precursor to what the future may very well end up to be. It is a staggering thing to consider. But, we have to all agree that this pandemic has shown just how fragile all our systems are. The fact that our entire planet is so connected economically and otherwise is a big reason we are all hunkering down in our HVAC maintained homes. I want to believe that this won’t occur again but, who’s to say. That’s why I am going to be very proactive about strengthening my immune health. The HVAC in my home is part of that plan. Making healthy choice regarding diet, exercise and rest are fundamental. However, the indoor air quality is vital to maintaining excellent immune health. The EPA lists poor indoor air quality as the fourth leading environmental hazard. That was enough for me. Currently, we have a high end HEPA type HVAC air filter that does a good job of trapping the majority of airborne contaminants. Yet, as soon as possible, I am having the HVAC folks come to my house and install a whole house air purifier. I want the insurance of knowing that my home will be as free of airborne hazards as possible. I’m planning on buying the air purifier that goes inside the HVAC air handler unit. This thing destroys any particulate matter that flows across through the use of high intensity UV light. It quite literally burns them up basically.
