Thankfully the demand for local A/C repair work was very strong right away, which meant my prediction had proven correct. The next town over about thirty minutes away, and that is where the next closest HVAC contractor was. Having a repair expert locally encouraged a lot of folks to give a call and have a small AC problem checked out. See, a complete breakdown would be worth calling in someone from out of town, but no one wanted to make that call for an HVAC tune up or a funny noise. Not only did we offer every service from AC recharging in cars to ductwork cleanings in old houses, but we also offered a free estimate. A lot of locals were nervous that minor HVAC work would have a not-so-minor price tag, so I wanted to put those fears to rest. I wanted everyone to have the same fair shot at getting reasonably-priced HVAC work done.
