My husband & I had been looking for a nice place to rent in the country with a backyard, but the people I was with and I could not find many decent places that were inside our budget… Most of the houses were shabby and run down & needed to do repairs. Most of the places in our budget required a pretty big down payment to move in. My husband & I found an ad online for a rental property that was inside our price range, however the air conditioner situation wasn’t great! Since our husband works for a Heating & Air Conditioning dealer, I thought both of us could task out a totally unbelievable deal for the property. My husband agreed to fix the air conditioner while both of us were already living in the house, & the owner of the property agreed to let us move in separate from the security deposit. My husband & I are living in a nice place with a big backyard. The air conditioner problem didn’t turn out to be actually significant & our husband didn’t have any concern making the repairs over a weekend. The people I was with and I paid for the parts & our husband performed all the labor. The people I was with and I saved a lot of currency & both of us ended up in a very nice place that was just out of our price range. The rest of the house is in unbelievably good shape & the place has fresh paint, carpet, & new fixtures in the master bath. The air conditioner was the only major concern & now that equipment is definitely working great. My husband is going to perform a tune-up service on the oil furnace before the Winter season begins. Getting a tune-up will help the oil furnace task better & that will save us currency during the long cold, Winter months.
