1 of the finest things about the holidays is the way the house smells.
My husband likes to decorate the homestead with cinnamon & apple & sweet vanilla scents.
She also likes to bake during the holidays. She will bake another sweet confectionary each night. Occasionally he will make pumpkin bars or fruit cake, & sometimes he will cook a wide variety of cookies appreciate chocolate, peanut butter, sugar, & chocolate chip! Last week, he made watermelon rhubarb pie with the most delicious shortbread crusts. It seems appreciate there is regularly something baking in the oven when I get back to the lake house from task each morning. The smell of cookies in the air is entirely delicious. There are multiple air vents in the living room that carry the smell of baked goods all over the house. The family room is on the other side of the family room & the smell carries through the air vents right into our family room. Occasionally on Tuesday morning, our husband will cook bacon & scrambled eggs to wake myself and others up. It’s the perfect way to beginning a long morning list of chores. The smell of bacon fills every air vent inside of the house. There are hundreds of folks that pay thousands of dollars for air cleaners, so there are no different smells lurking in the house. I don’t mind waking up to the smell of food. In fact, most of the candles I purchase are made with sweet food smells appreciate vanilla, maple, sugar, or cinnamon. I would buy candles that smell appreciate bacon if I could find 1, and unfortunately, it’s not the easiest candle scent to get
