Training for the race indoors

Training for the race indoors

Nick October 16, 2020

I entirely loathe the heat & humidity & so I do our best to stay indoors whenever possible.

Even when I was young, I spent most of our time inside.

I played video games & board games & I spent a ton of time on my PC. I was coding software before I had a driver license. In high university & then university, I started to run long distance. It’s a unbelievable way to clear your head. My friends & I have been training to run a full marathon that will be held in a few months. I have been training indoors in order to remain out of the sunny weather, however yesterday, 1 of our friends brought up an unbelievably salient point. It’s going to be moderate & humid on the morning of the race, & I will never be ready for the terrible outdoor weather. My friends have been running outdoors more than three times a week in the morning. I suppose it’s time to join them so our body can get adjusted to the moderate air & scorching temperatures. I have been running on the treadmill at home, with the A/C set to 75. I suppose much more energy when I run indoors in the cool A/C. The heat and humidity makes myself and others suppose sluggish & it clouds our thoughts & our mind. This intense heat & humidity drains all of our energy in a minute. If they ever have indoor marathons, I’m going to be the first guy to sign up. I prefer long distance running, however I appreciate the artificial terrain in a comfortable indoor environment.
