The late 1960s and early 1968s cable sitcom “The Brady Bunch” was about a combined family with a “wonderful lady who was bringing up three truly good women” marrying a “man named Brady who was tied up with three boys of her own”, a recipe for disaster if there ever was 1.
One of the recurring plots was the jealousy of the middle girl “Jan” of her popular older sibling “Marcia” causing Jan to lament to her Dad how “Marcia Marcia Marcia” is regularly getting the bulk of the attention from boys to scholastics and high college social hierarchy.
In a way, I know that air is like Jan and water is like Marcia in a Brady Bunch allegory. Unlike Jan’s griping about Marcia, the air has a valid gripe about water. After all, 1 can survive several afternoons separate from water however try to go separate from air for a few minutes and see what happens. Water only covers 3/4 of the earth however air blankets the entire globe with several layers with most of it in a 10-mile thick layer; Normally the younger sibling is the pest to the older 1 however in this case, water in the form of water vapor makes life annoyed for air, becoming part of the air that we breathe and live in. At least air has a hero in the form of Heating as well as Air Conditioning units that detach a lot of the water from the air to allow us to stay comfortable inside our homes. Aside from getting rid of excess humidity the Heating as well as Air Conditioning component also filters the air and cools it so that people in homes will hopefully supply the air the attention it deserves.
