For the past 10 years, I spent our time working as a full-time heating plus a/c repair business… I liked the task a lot plus I felt that I was always challenged at work, but unfortunately, I had an accident in our automobile plus I can no longer physically handle the task of a heating plus a/c repair business.
I had to find a strange task that requires more expertise plus less physical exertion.
I searched for months plus months, plus then a unquestionably unique opening fell into our lap. My Dad is a realtor plus she works for a big real estate dealer in town. They have a lot of rental properties including apartments, condos, plus houses. My Dad found out that one of the apartment buildings was looking for a repair supervisor. My Dad thought I would be perfect for the task, because the repair supervisor had to be certified in Heating & Air Conditioning repairs. I called the manager for the apartment building plus I set up an appointment to have an interview. The woman entirely liked our resume plus she thought I would be able to learn the things that I did not know. I had a little bit of expertise in plumbing plus electrical repairs, however the bulk of our expertise was absolutely heating plus a/c repairs. I’ll learn more plus more information as I work plus the rental repair area. I’ve already l acquired how to rebuild a toilet from the ground up plus nex tweek I’m going to start painting all of the backyard patios.
