I feel like my house is complete, I just love it so much.
- This last month I have been working night and day to do all kinds of upgrades on my house.
My husband and I just purchased our first home and we have tried so hard to make everything perfect. We could have done what many people do and purchased a home ready to go, however we wanted a project, we wanted to get a home that was a little bit run down that we could truly make our own. So when we were doing some house hunting and we came across a home that was going for a steal of a price we had to take it. It really was everything that we were looking for, he was run down and had been vacant for a while. For most people it was easy for them to pass it by but for us it was exactly what we were looking for. It allowed us the opportunity to truly make it our own. Well the first thing that we replaced was the HVAC system. It was severely outdated and didn’t even work, with much of it being ruined by the weather. This is probably one of the most expensive upgrades we had to make, we not only had to purchase a brand new heating and air conditioning system from the ground up but we also had to contact the heating and AC company to first remove our old and ruined HVAC system and replace it with the brand new one that we had recently purchased. However once we got things up and running the rest of the remodeling and repairing of the house was simple. The best part was that now we had wonderful AC and great indoor air quality to go right along with it.
