This is the sort of viewpoint I had to take when it came to beach house ownership. I was just sick to death of living in apartments and dealing with subregular heating and cooling. It was just time for myself and others to own my own beach house and have my own quality heating and air. But, I have a job that isn’t going to make myself and others rich and it’s just me. Coming up with a downpayment was not going to be easy. So, like my aged girl encouraged myself and others to do, I found a creative way to get where I easily wanted to go. Actually, it was myself and others and 2 couples who went together to buy a home. All of us went to a lawyer who figured out just how to protect each get together’s interest and it just made sense to pool our resources. The cabin every one of us bought is 3 stories which fit our 3 living spaces perfectly. There were a few upgrades to the family room and to separate the living quarters. All of us also had to upgrade the Heating & A/C equipment. But every one of us chose to go with ductless Heating & A/C instead of replacing the central air conditioner. This way, every one of us all had independent heating and cooling. Plus the ductless heat pumps were much more efficient and a whole lot easier to install. It’s toiling out fantastic being a homeowner. And I finally have the quality heating and air I’ve consistently wanted.
