The housing market in our area is just absolutely booming.
And after almost 30 years, the two of us are ready to currency in on the investment the two of us made in our family home. There were times when the two of us considered moving. But the two of us made some updates along the way and stayed. Now the two of us are doing a big Heating, Ventilation, and A/C device update in order to get our house sold. Over the years, the two of us chose to add value to our house instead of selling it. And it looks like that choice was a good a single. The people I was with and I are looking at more than tripling our original investment. The house has been paid for now for nearly 3 years. So the time to strike is now. It’s a bit of a weird, almost overwhelming feeling though. The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C update that the two of us have just completed is making the fact that the two of us are selling our house truly real to me. The new heating and cooling device is just the truly latest in residential Heating, Ventilation, and A/C. It’s pretty remarkable really. There is so much Heating, Ventilation, and A/C technology in this house now. The people I was with and I went from truly basic heating and cooling to just amazing residential Heating, Ventilation, and A/C in a couple of afternoons. And it was a complete makeover with the air duct being ripped out and substituted as well. There is a smart temperature control and zone controlled Heating, Ventilation, and A/C in this house now. And the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C device is about the most efficient a single can find on the market. Honestly, it sort of makes me wonder why we’re selling it because the quality heating and air has never been better. But a new chapter awaits and saying goodbye to this place is area of it.
