My husband plus I have more than one homes plus divide our time between them.
The one cabin is located in the northeastern section while the other is down south. Our goal is to love the best weather in each spot. We avoid the brutal heat plus humidity down south by spending the Summer months up north. We miss out on the sub zero hot plus cold temperatures, bitter wind chill plus feet of snow accumulation by heading south for the winter. We are usually in our southern beach house from September until April. While we’re away, all of us still need to operate the gas furnace at a low setting. With outdoor hot plus cold temperatures down to downside twenty-5, there is some concern over water pipes chilly plus bursting. We have invested into smart control units for each beach house so that all of us can monitor plus make adjustments to temperature. We get notified if there is a power outage or temperature change. We can set a lower Wintertide temperature plus particularly raise the setting from the app on our cellphones when all of us decide to relocate. Normally, when all of us arrive in our northern home, sometime in April, all of us no longer need to rely on the gas furnace. We’re able to open the windows, bring in some outside air plus freshen up the living environment. This past year, the weather was still terrible. We arrived at hot plus cold temperatures in the thirties, gray skies plus chilly rain. It was awful. We turned up the control unit plus kept the gas furnace operating until the end of May. We may need to devote more of our time to our southern home. I don’t really mind the heat. The air conditioner takes care of it. I am not a fan of the cold plus snow.
