I could not believe that I nearly ended up paying a few hundred dollars for an HVAC tune up and check up when I did not have to! I had a voucher for one free heating and air conditioning system tune up and check up that I got from the HVAC company as a thank you for being a loyal customer for over a decade.
- I had the voucher sitting on a shelf and almost forgot to use it! When the heating and air conditioning specialist was here doing the HVAC tune up and check up is when I remembered.
I did not tell them ahead of time that I had this, so they had thought this was going to be a usual pay job. I told the heating and air conditioning specialist what had happened with my forgetfulness and asked if I could still use it on this HVAC tune up and check up, or, if I would have to wait till the next time I needed my central heating and air conditioning system tuned up and checked up. The HVAC specialist from the local heating and cooling company was very nice about it and said that yes I could use it and that he would handle any flack that came from the head people at the company for me. That was so nice of him! This is why I love this HVAC company, because they always have the greatest HVAC workers there that care about their customers. That is quality heating and air conditioning home services if I ever saw it!
