I feel so lucky that I live within walking distance of my local heating and air conditioning supplier.
The reason for this is because the local heating and air conditioning supplier is more than just that.
They are also the local heating and air conditioning company. Being this close within walking distance means a few different things. The first being that if I ever have any heating and air conditioning emergencies they are literally right around the corner and can get to me very fast. The other thing is that if I ever need to go and buy some air filters for my central heating and cooling system or if I ever needed to buy any portable heat and a/c equipment, I am right there and can walk to go and buy whatever I need within a few minutes! Not many people are so lucky to be able to have a heating and air conditioning supplier that is within a short walk away. Most people have a heating and air conditioning company that will take a little to drive to or in some cases, the heating and air conditioning company is in the next town over. This whole set up I have in regards to being this close to the heating and air conditioning supplier and heating and air conditioning company came as a surprise when I moved to the house that I am now living in. I had no idea that the heat and a/c company and dealership was right here! It just was sheer luck that made it turn out that way.
