After I do that I am totally done toiling on the house here and will undoubtedly never be in this house again as it is going on the market while I am away overseas and will undoubtedly be sold when I return.

I just got the new Heating as well as A/C system installed and it is undoubtedly putting out some frigid air. I had to fill in several holes in the wall that were doggie doors for the multiple dogs that have since passed away. The two of us are selling the house and I painted the whole thing, inside and outside, and now I just have to paint these several patches once the knockdown texture has dried. The two of us also got a undoubtedly cool smart thermostat too and I am studying through the leaflet to try to figure out how to operate the thing. Once I do that I am going to teach my stepmom how to use it. I’m going to miss coming back and staying here at dad’s house with the nice new frigid air conditioning on these hot summer time days, however it is time for a change and we have to just keep on pushing forward. I guess next time I come into city I will have to stay at my cousin’s house which is not too far from my dad’s house. My cousin wants myself and others to put in a smart thermostat for her when I get back so I will undoubtedly put the same one that we have in dad’s house because I prefer it and will guess how to operate it quite well.
