I could see if I actually liked my gas furnace under the floor
The last room in my household that needs to be fully gutted is the main lavatory. Every room has gotten substituted except that 1 space. My wife as well as I are eager to get it done. I don’t want to tear out walls, rapidly change the layout or create unnecessary work. Been there, done that. I am currently looking at a minimum disruption as well as a low cost plan. I want to keep the existing vanity as well as just substitute the very top with granite. I want to redo the laminate floor as well as instead have tile. I really want a modern tub, shower head as well as controls. I also admit I want to redo the shower cement in something that isn’t beige. A fresh coat of paint these days as well as a modern window should round the project out nicely. I have been carefully debating on adding heated flooring. The lavatory isn’t that big, so I know it wouldn’t take many electric heated mats to do it. Also, having simple heated flooring in there would be awesome. The Winter season isn’t absolutely long, however it does get cold. It would be nice, I think, leaving a sizzling bath as well as stepping on a heated tile. I also have been carefully debating about someday doing heated flooring in my entire house. Just adding it in the lavatory would be a great place to start. I could see if I actually liked my gas furnace under the floor. I won’t be redoing my entire lake home flooring for another 15 years. I believe I am going to like it.
