When I moved here some 25 years ago, I was moving out of the city and looking for a place where there was more nature and more quiet.
I definitely found that in this rural hamlet just over an hour from the zone controlled HVAC of my office.
What I didn’t find was a lot of super friendly faces. The realtor I worked with was fine and she got me a great deal on the house because I was willing to replace the HVAC unit. The seller was thrilled that she didn’t have to hassle with that so it saved me a huge amount of money. With that windfall, I decided that I was going to get the best residential HVAC I could afford. But the first few HVAC companies I talked with were super busy and couldn’t get to me for a while. That led me to an HVAC professional who was just starting out on his own. This guy had such a passion for heating and cooling that it was obvious. We met at my house and this HVAC professional was the first person in this town to really welcome me. I found that to be pretty endearing indeed. We got to know each other a little better through the process of replacing the HVAC equipment. To this day, I still see that guy and his HVAC company is just thriving. So you know I didn’t have to look far when it came to finding the right HVAC contractor to replace the old HVAC unit.
