I legitimately didn’t want to have to live with my son. In fact, I had it figured out how to get into an assisted living situation separate from too much hassle. My retirement covered the costs and it was a pretty nice arena. But my son was having none of that. He’s a fantastic kid and has always been that way. When all of us lost his mom a decade ago, he wanted myself and others to transport closer to him. But I still was able to live on my own so I wanted to stay in the condo my partner and I moved into before she got sick and passed on. But once that no longer worked and he got wind of my plans, he came to talk with me. Turns out, he was already a step ahead of me. He and his partner and built a chalet on their property that I could transport into. It was just a small multiple living room arena however much bigger than the facility I was thinking of moving into. And this little home has a geothermal heat pump. The heating and cooling in this little home is like none other. I can’t believe how appealing the Heating plus Air Conditioning feels in this house. The geothermal heat pump is also just about the most efficient and cost effective heating and cooling idea out there. But what I legitimately adore is the radiant floor heating. This is remarkable because is feels just like the radiant heating of the home I grew up in. But that arena had a fantastic sizable boiler in the basement. Still, the heating in my current little home takes myself and others back to when I was however a wee boy. Funny how things come around in life, huh?
