They were doing a raffle at the big church down the street a few weeks ago and so I bought some tickets so that I could be supportive of the community. I wasn’t genuinely expecting to win anything, that’s for sure. I never have never won anything at all and so I wasn’t getting my hopes up, however I genuinely wanted the prize. The whole thing was being sponsored by a local Heating and Air Conditioning supplier because the guy who owns the supplier goes to our church, and he was offering the grand prize, which was an awesome brand new high efficiency heating and cooling system. When I saw what the prize was, I decided that I was going to buy even more tickets, just on the off opportunity that I might really win something for the first time in my life! Apparently, not several people bought the raffle tickets and I ended up winning first locale. When they called to tell me that I had won the heating and cooling system, I nearly fell over from shock. I couldn’t guess that I had won something, especially something like this that I genuinely needed for my house! I was really gleeful about the fact that the two of us were going to get a new heating and cooling program installed! The upgrade was even free and it was the best thing ever. I can’t even tell you how gleeful it made me to get the new Heating and Air Conditioning system, and I’m especially gleeful that the two of us were able to help out our church at the same time.
