When we first purchased this house, I could hardly guess that it was happening.
Since I was a kid, I had only lived in rented spaces.
And that means dealing with lots of neighbors, heating and cooling that wasn’t all that fantastic and just about zero privacy. Once I was out of grad school, married and a few years into our career, we were able to buy a home. But this was a new house that was built as part of a planned community. I could hardly guess that I was moving into a brand new house with new Heating and Air Conditioning equipment, dining room appliances and all that stuff. Another added bonus was the fact that our new house had a garage. I had always wanted a garage so I could put up a little workbench and tinker around with our projects. Fast forward a dozen years and you couldn’t even get 1 of our cars inside the more than one motorcar garage. It had become a disorganized dumping ground for stuff that we should have just given away or tossed. I hadn’t even seen that workbench in years. So while I was in the pandemic, I made it a priority to get that garage in order. Once I was able to get it squared away and organized, I decided to take it to another level. The Heating and Air Conditioning corporation sent out and Heating and Air Conditioning professional to install a ductless heat pump inside the garage. Not only do I have a fantastic space to do our thing and store our stuff properly, it’s now a space that has excellent quality heating and air.
