I noticed that the temperatures in the study room were many degrees warmer than the temperatures in the rest of the house.
I did not know why we were having problems, but I did know that I did not want the problems to persist.
I called an HVAC company that specializes in ductwork repairs plus indoor air pollen levels problems! Problems with the ductwork seemed to be the most likely culprit after I performed some troubleshooting examinations on the system, but the ductwork needed a couple of repairs. There were areas where the ductwork wasn’t even connected, especially in the area above the study room where I noticed the difference in temperatures. The repair specialist fixed all of the ductwork troubles and then he cleaned plus sanitized everything too. The condo absolutely smells more wash and fresh since the duct task was sealed plus sanitized. The temperatures in the study room seem to be cooler than they were plus now the whole home is close to the same temperature no matter where you happen to be at the time. The climate in the study room is so cool and comfortable that we do not have to use the ceiling fan anymore. It’s certainly unusual to walk into that study room in total silence. Without the ceiling fan running, it is certainly quiet in that part of the house. I also saw a lower electricity bill this month plus I suppose the savings is legitimately due to the repairs too; Now that I am not wasting as much air, it does not cost as much money to certainly cool that house. There were lots of reasons why having the task done was the right decision plus I do not regret making the repair for one second.
