I recently hired two local artists to come work for me, much to the chagrin of my full-time crew. These men work hard, plus have for years, so they were nonplussed to see a couple of up-to-date hires that had no experience in the Heating, Ventilation & A/C industry. I had to hold a staff meeting, so I could explain in detail exactly why I was making this move. It was a risk, to be sure, but if it paid off then all the people would be making a lot more money, however once they heard about possible pay raises, all the people was fully invested in our up-to-date high-end Heating, Ventilation & A/C art venture. When this supplier started there was only 1 other Heating, Ventilation & A/C business in the area. These afternoons the ranks of the industry have swelled to capacity, plus there are no less than 12 other Heating, Ventilation & A/C businesss. With so numerous companies all vying for the same purchasers, I knew that my Heating, Ventilation & A/C supplier had to do something to set itself apart. My idea was using customized art, in the mediums of paint plus metalwork, to create Heating, Ventilation & A/C systems that no 1 else had. Both of us all get our Heating, Ventilation & A/C components from the same factories, but when the people I was with and I customize the systems then they become utterly certain ; Sarah is a painter, plus I’m having her put colors plus designs on things prefer ductwork, grates, plus air vents. Kent is a sculptor, plus I have him doing custom metal housing for the big, boxy Heating, Ventilation & A/C air handling units that sit in the yard. If the people I was with and I all work together as a team, this Heating, Ventilation & A/C supplier can go to the next level.
