Everybody knows that our boss plays favoritism with her kid.
The two of us all try not to get too frustrated about it, because the woman owns the business.
Jack is the boss’s child plus she started working here more than four weeks ago. Of course, the woman gets a more than one minute supper everyday with daddy. There isn’tcertainly anything that all of us can do. If all of us complain, after that I look love whiny brats plus if all of us do nothing, after that I get all of the crappy Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C service jobs. That is what has been happening lately. I used to get a couple of tune-ups plus insulations every now plus then. Now I only get tune-ups plus all of the upgrade jobs seem to go to Jack. The upgrade jobs spend our money a little bit more money, plus I liked having the extra money on our paycheck. Ever since Jack started working at the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C service business, she has been assigned to every upgrade job with a single other employee… Very few of other boys have noticed the trend too. I’m not the only woman complaining. There is a group of us that are frustrated about the way that the boss is treating the rest of the staff. Now that it’s starting to affect our paycheck properly, I guess a single of us should say something. I just do not want that woman to be me. I certainly need this job plus there are only more than one other Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C service corporations in the region. I cannot afford for the woman to blackball myself and others plus keep myself and others from getting a job. All I can do is complain in the dark plus behind closed doors.
