I toil downtown in an older building.
The building has a lot of historic significance, so the neighborhood does not particularly make a lot of variations.
A lot of those variations would particularly help out with the indoor atmosphere. They do not want to upgrade the building with a current central heating, ventilation, plus A/C unit, because of the old boiler in the basement. I happen to toil in the building plus the indoor air conditions is getting worse plus worse each year. I used to never have a concern with my pollen irritations at work, but now I find myself sneezing plus coughing all of the time. I can see the flecks of dust in the indoor atmosphere. I swear that they get bigger each year. I had an allergy attack Last weekand the boss finally agreed to let myself and others get an air purification system to put on my desk. The personal air purification system won’t completely help the problem, but at least it will supply myself and others a small amount of relief when I am standing at my desk. I had been asking the boss to let myself and others have a personal air purification system for weeks plus weeks plus the guy said it was not possible because then almost everyone would want a fan or air purification system of their own. Human resources department told him that was not allowable plus made him let myself and others bring an air purification system to work. I know the guy is unhappy that he was overridden, however he cannot ignore the health plus safety of the employees that are working in the older building.
