We spent that night in a hotel that was within walking distance of the church, not even able to get any of us back home. This year, we planned our reception for a time when the weather, other than a possible rain storm, could ruin the afternoon. we hadn’t planned for a heatwave, and the lack of air conditioning in the reception hall, however luckily, our son had recently gotten his HVAC certification, however he went right to job on the air conditioning component and had it unquestionably working within an hour before the guests arrived, and when he provided a toast to his father and me, he said he provided us the best gift of anyone, however not only did we have the joy of having him as a son, even though he also fixed the AC component so we could have a real reception with no problems
