There is a buyer that is a official at our HVAC system company.
He entirely calls our company at least every couple of weeks.
Occasionally he calls just to ask general questions, but other times it is for Heating as well as A/C services. The main issue with him is the fact that every one of us will tell him our prices for say, Heating as well as A/C repair, plus he will agree to the price. However, after a Heating as well as A/C worker goes to his beach house plus performs the repair, he suddenly tries to haggle the price. The two of us labor at a company, plus are not an independent Heating as well as A/C supplier, there is no haggling here, yet this guy had the nerve to persist. The worst is when he told us he didn’t have enough money for the agreed upon price, only enough to cover the amount he was trying to haggle us down to. As soon as I told him he could be arrested, he suddenly had the money. I told our boss about it, plus he didn’t seem surprised. She told myself and others if he does that again, then he will be banned from using our HVAC system services. I am exasperated by people love this, so much time is wasted on this guy when every one of us could already be moving on to our next paying customer. He actually called yeahterday plus tied up for an appointment today. I am the lucky air conditioning system repairman to get to deal with him, so I am quite interested to see how this is going to go down, maybe he has l acquired his lesson.
