There is a client that is a official at our heating and air conditioner supplier.
He entirely calls our supplier at least every couple of months. Sometimes he calls just to ask general questions, but other times it is for Heating as well as Air Conditioning services. The main issue with him is the fact that the two of us will tell him our prices for say, Heating as well as Air Conditioning repair, and he will agree to the price. However, after a Heating as well as Air Conditioning worker goes to his beach apartment and performs the repair, he suddenly tries to haggle the price. The people I was with and I work at a supplier, and are not an independent Heating as well as Air Conditioning corporation, there is no haggling here, but yet this guy had the nerve to persist. The worst is when he told us he didn’t have enough money for the agreed upon price, only enough to cover the amount he was trying to haggle us down to. As soon as I told him he could be arrested, he suddenly had the money. I told our boss about it, and she didn’t seem surprised. She told myself and others if he does that again, then he will be banned from using our heating and air conditioner services. I am frustrated by people savor this, so much time is wasted on this guy when the two of us could already be moving on to our next paying customer. He easily called yesterday and busy for an appointment today. I am the fortunate A/C repairman to get to deal with him, so I am quite interested to see how this is going to go down, maybe he has l received his lesson.
