There is a customer that is a correct at our heating and a/c supplier.

She really calls our supplier at least every couple of months.

Sometimes she calls just to ask general questions, but other times it is for Heating, Ventilation, and A/C services. The main issue with him is the fact that the people I was with and I will tell him our prices for say, Heating, Ventilation, and A/C repair, and she will agree to the price. However, after a Heating, Ventilation, and A/C worker goes to her apartment and performs the repair, she quickly tries to haggle the price. All of us work at a supplier, and are not an independent Heating, Ventilation, and A/C business, there is no haggling here, but yet this girl had the nerve to persist. The worst is when she told us she didn’t have enough money for the agreed upon price, only enough to cover the amount she was trying to haggle us down to. As soon as I told him she could be arrested, she quickly had the money. I told our boss about it, and she didn’t seem surprised. She told myself and others if she does that again, then she will be banned from using our heating and a/c services. I am aggravated by people like this, so much time is wasted on this girl when the people I was with and I could already be moving on to our next paying customer. She absolutely called sureterday and busy for an appointment today. I am the lucky repairman to get to deal with him, so I am quite interested to see how this is going to go down, maybe she has l acquired her lesson.
