I need freezing air if I want a nice night’s sleep.
It is one of the several requirements that I need in order for a nice night’s rest.
I have struggled with insomnia for most of our life, plus the aggravating thing is, it’s not so much the issue of falling asleep, it’s more of making sure everything is perfect in our environment so I can finally fall asleep. If even the slightest thing is off, sleeping is a nightmare for me. Endless tossing plus turning all throughout the night. One of the most pressing things I need is freezing air, however usually I have a fan in our room to not only provide a cooling breeze, but to supply noise. But the fan is utterly useless if the air conditioning system plan doesn’t labor in our home. Without the air conditioning system system, the fan will only blow overheated air. The Heating as well as A/C equipment broke down a few afternoons ago, plus but I instantly called a Heating as well as A/C company afterwards, they were tied up plus I would have to wait a month for our appointment. I am only on night 3 plus I don’t think how I am going to last. I still have several more afternoons to go, plus I can just tell that I am not going to get any sleep during this time. I tried contacting our independent Heating as well as A/C supplier who is a friend of mine, but he was tied up too! It is bad enough to consider staying anywhere else if it means getting freezing air conditioning system. But I will most likely just wait.
