My mom used to tell myself and others that I would freeze up the cooling system if I turned the control equipment down all the way in the Summer, but I never entirely wanted to listen to her about that… But I would consistently go in addition to messing around with the control equipment settings in addition to it used to make her so mad because I wouldn’t listen… She told herself and others that she was gonna put a code on the control equipment unit so that I would not be able to adjust the digital control unit; but I did not think so. I thought that she was just threatening myself and others to try to get myself and others to stop changing the temperature settings myself, but then a single weekend when she was out of town, I turned the control equipment all the way down to 62 degrees because I thought that it was simply too hot in the house. I care about the fact that it got to be chilly inside. In addition, I was wearing a sweater in addition to Christmas socks around the apartment even though the temperature outside was in the 90s. I got a real kick out of that, up until the end of the weekend when the cooling system stopped finally working. I couldn’t figure out why it had stopped working. In addition , I realized that our mom’s worst nightmare had come true. The cooling system had frozen up because I had turned the temperature down too low for too long. That was the last straw for our mom! After she got an apartment that weekend in addition to finding out what I had done, she was so mad that she ended up getting a programmable control equipment that she could actually enter a security code into.
