I was a bit frustrated with the local A/C supplier.
- I think they are going through a large change right now, and maybe that is why they are so disorganized, but they still need to take care of their customers.
What happened was, I am busy for their Heating as well as Air Conditioning repair plan, and so every year I get a reminder to schedule for Heating as well as Air Conditioning repair for free as section of their repair plan. However, I didn’t get the reminder this time, but thankfully I remembered anyway. When I went to call them, it took savor 3 odd calls before someone finally picked up. I busy our appointment for Friday at 10:30 am. However, the lady didn’t inform myself and others that that spot was already taken and so the appointment time changed to a time when I wasn’t available. I then had to call back and reschedule. Then they forgot about our new appointment, and once again I had to call again. I was getting pretty frustrated. To their credit, they did supply myself and others another 6 months of free Heating as well as Air Conditioning service, but it is still frustrating that they forgot so many times. I am pretty sure they are so disorganized because their Heating as well as Air Conditioning corporation is going through a large change, not only are there new owners, but they are expanding their corporation to odd locations. That is the only reason why I can think of them being this disorganized. Because I have used them many times in the past without issue. Hopefully once they get everything settled they will return back to normal.
